I?ve known for a few months that this sweet little house was going to be sold this season, and almost every day I?ve wanted to haul my beaten-up soapbox to the exact centre of one of the many neighbourhood parks and yell out the address through my battered aluminum megaphone, throw open the doors and hand out welcome baskets.
