Just over 5 minutes by boat from several marinas in Honey Harbour. The property is in an inlet set back from the channel which makes it ideal for swimming. Just around the point is the North Bay of Honey Harbour which is a great spot for watersports and there are many places to canoe, kayak or paddleboard. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and a nicely finished living / dining area with a beautiful woodstove. There are two sliding doors from the cottage onto the large deck that overlooks the bay. Down by the water there is a good sized building that could be used as a workshop, dry boathouse or sleeping cabin. Down by the shore there's a small sandy beach area for little swimmers and a shore platform where you can sit out and enjoy the all-day sunshine.
