Protection for up to one year from the High Cost of Repairs due to Unexpected Breakdowns to Appliances. This commences 30 days after Firm/Closing Date. This Warranty Coverage is Transferable to the Home Buyers at Closing when the warranty is on one of our listed homes.

We have access to a plan that offers assistance with down payments if you lack sufficient funds to meet the 20% down payment requirement. Securing a 20% down payment helps you avoid CHMC fees, which can increase your mortgage amount. Avoiding a CHMC Fee and 20% down reduces your monthly payments.

Everyone has unwanted treasures to be removed when moving. We’ll take it away to the dump or charity organizations for you. You just put it in the truck or leave it curbside, and we’ll look after it. You pay the tipping fees.
